Promote a university-wide culture of equity and inclusion
- Integrate inclusivity into all aspects of the university.
- Further enhance faculty and student diversity through focused hiring and enrollment strategies.
- Implement best practices with regard to recruitment and retention of faculty, students and staff.
Deepen engagement in the regional community
- Further partnerships with the local community to enrich the student experience and to contribute to the social, cultural and economic vitality of Western New York.
- Become a national destination for clinical care and medical/health sciences education.
