Overview
The Mutual Aid - ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Police Policy codifies existing university practice that has been mandated by state and federal regulations since 1961. The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ is committed to providing a safe environment for our students, faculty, staff and visitors. The practice of mutual aid ensures that UB’s ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Police Department and other law enforcement agencies can support each other during large-scale or complex incidents, maintaining the safety of our communities.
Applicability
This policy applies to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Police and law enforcement personnel acting in response to a mutual aid request.
