SEAS PhD students Wei Bo (CSE) and Shuwei Hou (CSE) took first place at UB’s for their company, SATE (Speech Annotation and Transcription Enhancer). SEAS undergrads Jacob Velesko (MAE) and Stephanie Brumbaugh (MAE) won the audience choice award for their company, AGROWBOTICS. , and also reported on the competition.
