Facilitating and Structuring Effective Meetings
This workshop will help you learn effective meeting facilitation and delivery strategies such as: building an actionable agenda, creating role clarity and using structured content to make meetings fun, productive and meaningful.
Learning Outcomes
- Employ planning strategies to increase meeting productivity and engagement
- Apply facilitation practices to create a participative meeting environment that enhances meeting outcomes
- Practice methods for building consensus and defusing conflict during meetings
- Develop accountability and follow through after meetings
