Our emotional intelligence helps us manage our emotions at work, build productive relationships with colleagues, and handle difficult decision-making. Informed by the work of Daniel Goleman, Patrick King, Carolyn Stern, and Susan David, this course will help learners understand emotional intelligence and how to grow their capabilities. We will broaden our emotional vocabulary, learn emotional agility, problem-solving, empathy, building trust, and more.
