On July 8, we began our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the UPlan tool. During this time, we have representatives from every unit across campus to test the system to ensure functionality. This is the first time these representatives have been in the system, a milestone worth celebrating!

Thank you to those who attended our Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) on June 12 and June 13. Each CRP was recorded and is available on our website. We appreciate the comments and feedback received during the sessions and via the questionnaire.

We appreciate the comments and feedback received during the sessions and via the questionnaire. They are beneficial to building our comprehensive system. Please note that a second round of CRPs will take place in June.

We are currently refining the Solution Design Document, which is provided to the Huron developers to create our system. We aim to commence Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) at the beginning of May, allowing users to experience the system firsthand and provide valuable feedback. We are excited to start diving into our system.

Working closely with Huron, our UPlan Project Team engaged in multiple design sessions to delve into UPlan’s functionality and intricate components. After these sessions, the project will complete the Define phase to learn more about the university's needs.

In close collaboration with the Huron implementation team, we continue to discuss project requirements through virtual and in-person sessions. We hope you enjoyed learning more about the project during the February 8 UPlan Kickoff Meeting.  Watch the recording.

Happy New Year! As we enter 2024, we are thrilled to kick off our discovery sessions with Huron, our implementation partner. The primary focus of these sessions is to ensure a thorough understanding of UB’s needs to enhance the functionality of the UPlan system.

In preparation for implementing the UPlan system on our campus, we have had extensive meetings with our implementation partner, Huron, to ensure that the 蜜桃传媒 is prepared. This past month, we have finalized the Statement of Work to confirm it will meet the needs of UB.
